Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the website's revenue growth through various digital marketing channels. They will develop, implement, and manage campaigns with a focus on ROI, optimizing performance to meet the company's revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leading revenue and marketing ROAS for online sales on D2C website..

- Spearheading the sleepycat.in website growth initiatives by data driven approach, new growth hack ideas and good execution.

- Conceptualizing and executing campaigns working with brand team.

- Building and executing for the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion.

- Leading sales campaigns and working cross functionally to execute them.

- CLM - Maximizing the revenue from existing customers by converting the subscriber base and reactivating lost customers.

- Generating leads for sales calling teams and retail walk-ins.

- Working on demand planning
