Role: Project Manager

Position Overview:


- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, overseeing, and monitoring the channel training enablement process from initiation to completion.

- This role requires independent leadership and the ability to manage multiple project components simultaneously while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

- The Project Manager will report to the Learning leadership and play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

- Develop, monitor, and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, and reports to ensure timely execution.

- Lead project planning sessions and facilitate regular progress updates.

- Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and key stakeholders while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify potential risks and design risk mitigation strategies.

Stakeholder & Resource Management:

- Coordinate and engage with internal teams, facilitators, and external partners to drive project success.

- Independently lead the execution of channel enablement training, ensuring the necessary approvals and inputs from stakeholders.

- Track resource allocation and ensure efficient use of personnel and materials for content readiness, reporting, and delivery.

- Provide weekly project updates to key stakeholders, including leadership.

Training & Content Execution:

- Ensure training deliverables, including documentation, materials, and facilitator readiness, are developed and delivered on time.

- Manage speaker and facilitator preparation for training sessions.

- Oversee the uploading of training assets (e.g., recorded sessions, training materials) to Teams within 48 hours of a session.

- Ensure compliance with training guidelines and best practices.

Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track project progress, ensuring that tasks are completed within the defined timelines.

- Provide weekly reports on project milestones, content consumption on Learning Platform, and overall execution status.

- Track and submit training session registrations, attendance, and feedback twice per day (AM and PM) as per the established process.

- Maintain centralized project documentation and ensure timely updates on Teams under the agreed folder structure.

Continuous Improvement:

- Optimize and improve project management processes for enhanced efficiency and quality.

- Conduct post-project reviews and create detailed reports to assess effectiveness and areas for enhancement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Proven experience in project management, preferably in training, learning & development, or enablement programs.

- Strong ability to independently manage large projects with multiple stakeholders.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in project management tools, reporting dashboards, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, CRM, Lenovo Learning Platform).

- Ability to track, monitor, and report progress effectively while managing deadlines.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

- This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality training enablement programs.
