About the Role.
- As the Platform Experience Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across our EdTech platform.
- You will lead the execution of platform-related projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements in platform usability, performance, and learner satisfaction.
- This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of user experience in online learning environments.
- You will play a key role in bridging the gap between product, content, customer success, and technology teams to deliver a best-in-class learning experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Experience & User Journey Optimization:
- Oversee the end-to-end user experience on the EdTech platform, ensuring smooth navigation, accessibility, and engagement.
- Identify pain points in the learner and instructor journey and drive improvements to enhance retention and satisfaction.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers and developers to implement learner-centric enhancements.
- Develop and track key experience metrics such as NPS, learner engagement, and completion rates.
Delivery & Project Management:
- Lead the implementation of platform upgrades, feature enhancements, and integrations.
- Define and execute a roadmap for continuous improvements in platform functionality.
- Work with engineering teams to prioritize platform bugs and feature requests.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects related to platform experience, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Cross-functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the liaison between product, engineering, customer success, content, and marketing teams to ensure alignment in platform experience goals.
- Partner with instructional designers and content teams to optimize course delivery formats for better learner engagement.
- Work with support teams to analyse user feedback and implement improvements based on learner needs.
Technology & Learning Innovation:
- Stay up to date with emerging EdTech trends, learner engagement tools, and AI-driven learning experiences.
- Drive the adoption of innovative technologies (AI-driven recommendations, gamification, adaptive learning) to enhance the learner experience.
- Evaluate and manage third-party integrations (LMS, assessment tools, AI tutors, etc.) to ensure seamless learning delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in platform operations, product management, or user experience roles within an EdTech, SaaS, or digital learning environment.
- Strong understanding of LMS platforms, online learning ecosystems, and digital content delivery.
- Experience in project management, leading cross-functional initiatives, and working with agile teams.
- Data-driven approach with the ability to analyse learner engagement metrics and optimize platform performance.
- Hands-on experience with UX principles, accessibility standards, and platform usability testing.
Preferred:
- Experience with AI-driven learning platforms, personalization technologies, or adaptive learning models.
- Familiarity with tools like Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard, Coursera, or other learning platforms.
- Exposure to product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, etc.) for tracking learner behaviours.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic coding is a plus but not mandatory.
