- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead sales initiatives for enterprise clients and government accounts in the Mumbai region.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B solution selling, particularly in e-learning, content, and training solutions, as well as experience navigating government procurement processes.
- This role is instrumental in expanding our market presence, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth.
- Enterprise Business Development (E-Learning, Content & Solutions):.
- Drive business growth by identifying and acquiring enterprise clients for learning and development solutions.
- Engage with HR, L&D, and business leaders to position offerings for employee upskilling, compliance training, and leadership development.
- Build consultative relationships with key enterprise accounts and ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and manage relationships with government departments, ministries, PSUs, and educational boards.
- Lead responses to government tenders, EOIs, and RFPs, aligning solutions with institutional learning and capacity-building mandates.
- Understand public procurement frameworks and establish a strong presence in relevant government programs.
- Create and implement a region-specific sales plan aligned with revenue and growth objectives.
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, client pitching, proposal development, negotiation, and closure.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor offerings to shape solution positioning.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategies and value propositions.
