Role Description:
- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for the position of Vice President of Sales.
- The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, overseeing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving business development efforts.
- This role requires a dynamic leader to build strong client relationships, achieve sales targets, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales, Sales Management, and Business Development
- Minimum 15 years experience in Real estate.
- Must have experience in luxurious apartment.
- Must have 10 years experience in handling team.
- Proficiency in Account Management and Sales Operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with the real estate industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
