User Experience & Ease of Shopping: Enhance online merchandising by understanding customer behavior and improving navigation, filters, and search functionalities.
Customer Journey Optimization: Refine the end-to-end shopping experience, ensuring seamless product discovery, intuitive category structures, and frictionless checkout processes.
Assortment Gap Identification: Monitor inventory levels, identify gaps in product offerings, and ensure key products are prominently displayed.
Redefining Category & Attribute Taxonomy: Continuously evaluate and improve product categorization, attributes, and tagging to enhance searchability and relevance.
Promotions & Campaign Execution: Align merchandising strategies with marketing campaigns, seasonal trends, and promotional events to drive engagement and sales.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Improve site merchandising strategies to enhance conversion rates, click-through rates (CTR), and revenue per visitor (RPV).
Site Engagement Metrics: Increase time on site, reduce bounce rates, and improve session duration through effective merchandising techniques.
Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive category-wise sales and maximize revenue through optimized product placement and promotional strategies.
Inventory Turnover & Sell-through Rate: Ensure effective stock visibility and minimize slow-moving inventory by aligning site merchandising with demand trends.
