We're hiring for the profile of Site Sales Head for Kolkata Location

Qualification/Exp : MBA in Marketing with 10-15 years of exp in real estate only

Candidates from Local Kolkata Market Preferred

The Sales Head will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing sales teams, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet organizational goals.

- Team Leadership: Lead the sales team in converting leads into successful deals.

- Channel Partner Management: Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, channel partners, and real estate agents.

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape, informing strategic decisions.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Ensure required documentation as per SOP's and achievements of collection targets and to help and guide the CRM team.

- Performance Monitoring: Set sales targets, monitor performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.

- Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills; proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics. Ability to manage and motivate sales teams & brokers.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience in real estate sales, with a minimum of 10-15 years in a sales role.

- Strong understanding of real estate markets, trends, and industry best practices.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.

- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, etc.).

- A strong network within the real estate industry is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

- Ability to negotiate and close complex deals.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to travel as required for business needs.
