Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and review vehicle placement plans regularly for existing businesses.

- Plan, coordinate & implement operations for new business.

- Ensure regular briefing and adherence to safety, compliance and service standards identify learning needs and programs for employees and/or arrange for capability building programs.

- Take responsibility and resolve all on ground emergency situations.

- Review and report operations performance (e.g. occupancy report, speed report etc.) regularly to close gaps and ensure constant improvement in service quality.

- Ensure timely billing and payment for BA.

- Maintain strategic relationships with customers for timely & satisfactory resolution and reduction of customer complaints.

- Maintain strategic relations with BAs resolution of service deficiencies and meeting vehicle requirements.

- Ensure maintenance and retention of existing accounts and service improvement.
