We're Hiring Site Head (Injectable Manufacturing)

Level: Senior Management

Experience: 15+ years in pharma manufacturing (5+ years in sterile/injectables leadership)

Qualification: Bachelors in Pharma Sciences (Masters/PhD preferred)

We are looking for a dynamic Site Head Injectable Manufacturing to lead our sterile injectables facility. The role demands strong leadership in operations, compliance, and quality, with proven experience in managing large teams, driving efficiency, and ensuring adherence to FDA, EMA & cGMP standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:

- Lead all operations of the injectable manufacturing site, developing and implementing strategies to meet the organizations goals.

- Ensure the site is operating at peak efficiency and aligning with company objectives.

Operations Management:

- Oversee daily manufacturing operations, including production, packaging, and quality control, ensuring timely delivery of products while optimizing resource usage.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

- Ensure the site complies with industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA), cGMP, and other quality standards.

- Oversee audits, inspections, and corrective actions to maintain regulatory compliance.

Team Management & Development:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.

- Foster a culture of teamwork, continuous improvement, and safety in the workplace.

- Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.

Financial Management:

- Manage the site's budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and safety.

- Ensure resources are used effectively and within budget.

Innovation & Process Improvement:

- Drive initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes and implement new technologies to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve quality.
