About The Role:

- We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Creative Head to lead our creative team and drive the vision for all branding, marketing, and communication efforts.

- This role demands a strategic thinker, a visual storyteller, and a hands-on leader who can transform ideas into compelling, high-impact creative outputs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with the company's goals and brand identity.

- Lead the creative team in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and producing visual content for campaigns, marketing materials, and other projects.

- B2B SaaS Expertise: Conceptualize and design case studies, product explainers, website UI/UX, ad mock-ups, and award-entry campaigns tailored for SaaS audiences.

- AI-Driven Creativity: Leverage cutting-edge AI tools for design, motion graphics, video editing, and content ideation to streamline processes and deliver innovative outputs.

- Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.

- Oversee the design and production process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring high-quality results.

- Mentor, guide, and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals to foster a culture of creativity and collaboration.

- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into the company's creative strategies.

- Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of creative campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.

- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.

Qualifications And Skills:

- Experience: 6-8 years in design or creative leadership roles, with significant experience in B2B SaaS or tech-driven companies.

- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in website UI/UX, product videos, case studies, award entry videos, and ad mock-ups.

- Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere), Figma, and AI tools like MidJourney, Runway, or Adobe Firefly.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and scale creative teams of 10-15 people.

- Storytelling: Ability to simplify complex technical products into clear, visually compelling narratives.

- Speed & Adaptability: Fast learner with a knack for working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for design implementation and experience with SaaS product marketing.
