Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for technical teams.
- Perform in-depth analysis of existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions for optimization and improvement.
- Develop comprehensive business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and risk assessments, to support project initiation and funding.
- Collaborate closely with development, quality assurance, and project management teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between business users and technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and alignment.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change management activities to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new systems or processes.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic recommendations and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Consultant.
- Proven experience with requirements gathering techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, surveys).
