Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Drive the product strategy and roadmap for our AI & ML-based products.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and business professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Market & Product Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and product performance data to identify new opportunities and inform product decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Communication & Vision: Communicate the product vision and strategy to all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the AdTech or Digital Media industry.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and leading teams, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and decision-making skills to drive product development based on data and market insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present product strategies and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Knowledge of DV360 and the digital advertising ecosystem is a plus
