Position Summary:
- DGM will lead and manage all aspects of the solar modules sales business, driving revenue growth, building key customer relationships, and overseeing sales operations.
- This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and deep knowledge of the solar energy market, especially solar modules.
Salary Range: No Bar for Right Candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets for solar modules.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, EPC contractors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base across regions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
- Manage budgets, sales forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Represent the company at industry forums, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Drive customer satisfaction and post-sale support to build long-term partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 8 to 10 years' experience as a GM/DGM or similar executive role.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
