The Sr. HR Operations Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions. This position is responsible for developing, reviewing, and auditing HR policies and processes, driving process improvements, and managing HR-related projects. The ideal candidate is

a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, review, and audit all HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (e.g., labor laws, employment laws).

- Conduct regular policy reviews and updates to reflect changes in legislation, company practices, and industry best practices.

- Define and document HR processes, creating clear and concise workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

- Lead and manage HR-related projects, including process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and organizational change management programs.

- Conduct thorough research and analysis on HR best practices and industry trends.

- Prepare presentations and reports on HR data and metrics, including key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Assist with the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits related to HR policies and procedures.

- Collaborate with HR teams and other departments to ensure smooth and effective HR operations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all HR policies and procedures.

- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to HR operations.

- Support the development and implementation of HR technology solutions.

- May be involved in vendor management activities related to HR services.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment laws, and HR best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
