Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven PMO Manager with 6+ years of proven project and program management experience, including at least 2 years in a PMO or governance-focused role.
This position is responsible for defining and implementing project management standards, ensuring project alignment with business goals, managing portfolio performance, and supporting successful delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain PMO processes, governance frameworks, templates, and tools.
- Oversee the organization's project portfolio, ensuring visibility, prioritization, and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track and report on project progress, risks, issues, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Facilitate project reviews and prepare executive-level dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure project continuity.
- Support the development and upskilling of project managers and coordinators.
- Ensure compliance with project governance, audit requirements, and quality standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in project/program management, with a strong focus on governance, delivery oversight, and PMO practices.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid) and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as MS Project,Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience establishing or scaling PMOs within a medium-to-large organization.
- Familiarity with PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools and dashboarding/reporting tools (e.g , Power BI).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
