The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, and expanding customer base. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, Gather detailed intelligence on target accounts, including decision-makers, business challenges, and strategic priorities.
- Analyze account-specific data to identify opportunities, prioritize efforts, and formulate actionable strategies.
- Oversee and coordinate professional sales activities, account planning, and conflict resolution regarding account ownership.
- Develop and present sales proposals, account/market plans, and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales activities and outcomes.
- May manage a team comprising both direct and indirect sales representatives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: MBA
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in a sales role, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
Proven ability to manage large or complex accounts, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver on strategic sales
