Key Responsibilities:

- Conducting thorough research on prospective clients and their industries to identify pain points and requirements

- Collaborating with the sales team to develop tailored solutions, prepare presentations, and deliver product demonstrations

- Providing technical support to the sales team, answering questions, and addressing concerns during the sales process

- Assisting in the creation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales-related documents

- A solid understanding of the product or service being sold, including its features, benefits, and technical specifications

- Building strong relationships with potential clients to foster trust and confidence in the product/service

- Working closely with the sales team, marketing, and potentially other technical teams to ensure a seamless and effective sales process

- Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges

- Understanding the sales process and being able to contribute to its effectiveness
