Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Optimization: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize hotel revenue across all segments, including rooms, corporate accounts, and banquets.
- Corporate Sales & Relationship Management: Lead the corporate sales team to identify, acquire, and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and business accounts, ensuring repeat business and high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Banquets Sales Team Management: Directly manage and motivate the banquets sales team to achieve targets for social events, conferences, and other functions, from initial inquiry to successful execution.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities, anticipate market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies, promotional activities, and pricing structures to achieve sales objectives and increase market share.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate the sales team, setting clear performance goals and fostering a high-performance, collaborative sales culture.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management, providing actionable insights.
- Guest Experience & Account Management: Ensure exceptional guest experiences for corporate and long-stay guests, proactively managing client accounts and addressing any needs or concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel sales is essential, with a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrated success in revenue optimization and achieving challenging sales targets.
- Extensive experience in corporate sales and client relationship management.
- Strong background in managing and leading banquets sales teams.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
