Roles & Responsibility:
- Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, category priorities, and consumer insights.
- Identify key shopper trends, behaviors, and barriers through market research and data analysis.
- Create and implement impactful trade marketing programs, including in-store activations, promotions, and visibility strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, brand, and category teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment across functions.
- Establish strong relationships with retail partners to maximize brand presence and promotional effectiveness.
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and optimize marketing investments to ensure maximum impact.
- Analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Monitor competitive activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge at the point of sale.
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, shopper insights, and retail dynamics.
- Proven ability to develop and execute shopper-centric marketing plans
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing software is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
- Prior experience in handling premium brands is desirable.
- Background in sales-Organised Channel is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills.
