VP-HR and Admin
Job responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the organization's goals and collaborate with executive leadership to align HR initiatives with the overall business strategy.
- Aligning HR practices with the company's overall business objectives. Ensure HR plans align with our mission and business objectives ensuring alignment with business goals.
- To facilitate Organization Cultural Transformation by leading and implementing initiatives to shift an organization's values, beliefs, and behaviors to align with strategic goals.
- Restructuring the organizational framework by understanding the business needs.
- Redefining the HR policies.
- Craft talent acquisition strategies to build strong pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Drafts and implements the organizations staffing budget, and the budget for the human resource department. Monitor HR expenses against the budgeting and ensure its cost-effectiveness.
- Oversee talent acquisition, payroll and compliance and administration activities.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support to human resource management team, assists with resolution of employee concerns, and issues.
- Researches, develops, and implements competitive compensation, benefits, performance appraisal, and employee incentive programs.
- Maintains knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management.
- Address employee issues and concerns, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. Manage employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Develop performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews. Also ensuring PMS cycle is carried out on timely basis highlighting its importance to Management and Employees.
- Identify and Evaluate training and development programs with career development plans and succession planning
- Initiating Rewards and Recognition programs
- Conducting HR internal audits and meetings to ensure that HR processes and procedures are compliant with legal requirements.
- Participates in professional development and networking conferences and events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience: Extensive experience in HR management, with a strong track record of success in leading and managing HR functions at a Management role with an overall experience for 20 plus years.
Education: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Additionally, law degree is highly preferred. Organizational Psychology or relevant field
Certifications: HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SPHR) preferred.
