Experience:
- Overall 5+ years of experience in financial or accounting roles
- Prior exposure to FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis)
- CA/CMA qualified candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry benchmarks to recommend pricing adjustments
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to support pricing decisions
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate pricing impact on revenue, margins, and profitability
- Lead pricing initiatives, including pricing proposals, discount management, and promotional pricing
- Prepare regular pricing reports and dashboards to inform senior management
- Ensure pricing compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements
- Support FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis related to pricing
- Assist in pricing negotiations and contract reviews as needed.
