We are hiring an Analyst Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team in Bengaluru or Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 23 years of experience in Business Finance, with exposure to Revenue Recognition (ASC 606), Cost Contract Management, and a solid grounding in accounting principles. This role is ideal for the professionals who are looking to build a long-term career in business finance and strategic decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support business units with financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.

- Work closely with operations and sales teams on revenue and cost tracking.

- Ensure accurate revenue recognition in compliance with ASC 606 standards.

- Assist in reviewing and managing cost contracts and project profitability.

- Partner with business leads to provide strategic financial insights.

- Perform monthly and quarterly financial closings and reporting.

- Support budgeting processes and long-term planning exercises.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, controls, and applicable accounting standards.
