- Manage end-to-end consultant exit process, including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, clearance, documentation, and full and final settlements.
- Support in Probation tracking and management, including confirmation communications, probation extension discussions, and follow-ups with reporting managers.
- Monitor and execute Performance Improvement Plans (PIP) by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, and ensuring timelines and compliance.
- Maintain and update internal trackers and HRMS tools to ensure real-time accuracy of consultant lifecycle events.
- Skilled in tracking and managing workforce operations, with experience in engagement activities.
- Draft communications and documentation related to exit, probation, and PIP cases.
- Work closely with legal/compliance teams for documentation and process accuracy.
- Handle consultant queries with sensitivity and professionalism throughout exit or PIP processes.
- Generate regular MIS reports and dashboards for leadership insights.
Necessary Qualifications/Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience is required in the same domain.
- Strong understanding of HR operations and consultant lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets (trackers, data management, basic reporting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
