Position: Export Business Development Manager Global Markets

Location: Rohini, New Delhi HQ (with international travel). (MBA preferred).

10 to 15 years experience in international business development/export sales, with at least 5 years in Strong track record in RFQ handling, global negotiations, and securing contracts.

- Experience in high-tech defence or manufacturing sector (preferably counter-drone).

- Drive government and defence customer engagement across global regions.

- Collaborate with Indian Defence Attachs, foreign delegations & embassies.

- Represent Zen at global trade shows, forums (SIDM, FICCI, DDP, etc.

- Execute high-value contracts, negotiations, and end-to-end export operations.

- Lead competitive analysis, pricing strategy, and international regulatory compliance.

- Proven global business strategy execution and government liaison skills.

- Strong stakeholder relationship management with DAs, MoDs, OEMs.

- MBA/PGDM (Marketing/International Business) preferred.
