
Job Title: Manager - HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Sector-10, Rohini, Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days (Monday - Saturday)
Qualification: MBA (Regular) - HR Specialization preferred
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager - HRBP to partner with business leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives. The role will focus on aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, driving performance, and ensuring organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR & Organization Development:
- Partner with leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend interventions for workforce and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive organizational development initiatives fostering culture, agility, and growth.
Performance & Growth:
- Lead the Performance Management System (PMS), define KPIs, and monitor goal achievements.
- Design employee growth paths and career progression frameworks.
Compensation & Policy Benchmarking:
- Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
- Evaluate and implement policy benchmarking in line with industry best practices.
Employee Experience & Engagement:
- Develop and execute employee engagement strategies to foster motivation and retention.
- Act as an employee advocate and ensure people-first HR practices.
Digitization & Analytics:
- Drive digitization of HR processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Leverage HR analytics and reports for data-driven decision-making.
Desired Skills & Competencies:
Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills.
Proven expertise in PMS, compensation benchmarking, and OD initiatives.
Excellent knowledge of HR strategy, policies, and employee engagement frameworks.
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving orientation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
