Now, we need a Game-Changing Leader to take full control of our After Sales Service vertical across Tender, Retail & Channel businesses. This isnt a manage and maintain role. This is your business to run with the authority, budget, and team to build it for the next level while freeing top management from daily operations.

Your Mission:

- Own the P&L for nationwide after-sales service.

- Build & scale a world-class service network (regional, zonal, on-ground teams).

- Deliver service excellence through processes, tech, and talent.

- Drive customer delight & repeat business through fast SLA compliance.

- Create new revenue streams via AMC, upgrades, and spares.

Who You Are:

- 12 to 18 years in service leadership (Solar, EV chargers, UPS/Inverters, Capital Equipment).

- Proven track record of building service operations from scratch or scaling them 10x.

- Strong technical grounding + business acumen.

- Can lead independently without constant oversight.

- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Willing to travel nationwide to make things happen.
