- Owning the inbound product manager responsibilities including the vision and requirements for product features.
- Collaboration with design and engineering to define and refine requirements for achievement of customer value through product features.
- Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue.
- Communicate product priorities and build consensus.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries.
- Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life.
- Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
- Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.
- Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.
- Lead the promoting of efforts across different groups of team members, along with the ability to influence inside and outside of your team.

- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
- User Stories Development (Expert): Ability to describe the why and the what behind the day-to-day work of development team members, often expressed as persona + need + purpose.
- Understanding their role as the source of truth for what the team is delivering, but also why, is key to a smooth process.
- Customer Needs Analysis (Expert): A customer needs analysis is a structured, methodical approach to understanding customers' relationship with, and perception of, an organization's products or services and its brand.
- Data Driven Mindset (Expert): Displaying a mindset of making decisions based on data analysis instead of emotion and intuition.
- Possess a healthy skepticism and is not afraid to be proven wrong or fail; stays connected to details, audits frequently, and is skeptical when metrics and anecdotes differ.
- IT Infrastructure and Arch (Proficient): Knowledge of information technology components that are the foundation of an IT service; typically physical components, but also various software and network components.
