Position Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Analyst with an MBA and 2-6 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, driving strategic initiatives and optimizing operational efficiencies. This role requires a strong understanding of business processes, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly to various stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


Requirements Gathering & Analysis:


- Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.


- Elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, surveys, and other techniques.


- Translate business requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows for technical teams.


- Perform gap analysis between existing capabilities and desired outcomes.


Solution Design & Implementation Support:


- Collaborate with technical teams (developers, architects, QA) to design, develop, and implement scalable and effective solutions.


- Participate in solution evaluation and selection, including vendor assessment if applicable.


- Support the development of test cases, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage defect resolution.


- Assist in training end-users and preparing documentation for new systems or processes.


Data Analysis & Reporting:


- Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.


- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track project progress and business performance.


- Provide data-driven recommendations for process optimization, cost reduction, and revenue

growth.


Stakeholder Management & Communication:


- Act as a liaison between business units, IT, and external partners.


- Facilitate meetings and workshops, ensuring productive discussions and clear outcomes.


- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization, including senior management.


- Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships.


Project Management Support:


- Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects.


- Contribute to project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.


- Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets.


Qualifications:


- Education: Master of Business Administration (MBA) required.


- Experience: 2-6 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, Management Consultant, or a similar role, preferably in [mention relevant industry if applicable, e.g., Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare].


- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data, draw meaningful conclusions, and present findings clearly.
