
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Head to lead our service operations within the passenger car segment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in a leadership role, a proven track record of enhancing customer care, and a focus on driving revenue and profit growth.
You will be responsible for maintaining top-tier service standards and implementing strategic initiatives to boost customer loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Standards & Customer Care: Maintain and elevate service standards for both customer care and vehicle care.
- Your core responsibility is to ensure every customer interaction meets the highest level of quality.
- Revenue & Volume Growth: Drive revenue growth and improve profit margins by implementing effective service marketing and customer relationship strategies.
- You will focus on enhancing service volume and reducing service costs per customer.
- Service Marketing & Retention: Develop and execute comprehensive service marketing and customer retention programs to build lasting customer relationships and grow the business.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead by example, inspiring your team to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional service.
Skills:
- Leadership: Proven experience in a leadership role within the service department of the passenger car segment.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, customer retention, and service marketing.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and lead a team effectively.
- Operational Management: Strong focus on metrics such as revenue, profit margins, and service cost per customer.
Experience & Education:
Experience: A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in the service sector, with significant time in a leadership role within the passenger car industry.
Education: A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree is preferred. An MBA is mandator
