Service Delivery Manager - Private Equity

- Oversee and ensure accuracy of daily journal entries for cash and bank transactions with adherence to defined TATs.

- Manage and supervise the preparation of Capital Calls and Distributions as per Fund Accounting standards and client SLAs.

- Review and ensure timely completion of cash/bank reconciliations across multiple funds.

- Lead the preparation and review of quarterly financial statements, Schedule of Investments, and Portfolio Valuations.

- Monitor and optimize cash flow management for efficient capital activity planning.

- Ensure timely and audit-compliant delivery of monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual financial statements with thorough documentation.

- Oversee the preparation and validation of partner capital statements, waterfall models, and performance allocations.

- Supervise and guide teams in managing monthly valuations, reconciliations of drawdowns, distributions, accruals, and expenses.

- Manage all aspects of partner capital activities, including calls, distributions, and investor transfers.

- Review and sign off on complex management fee calculations and carried interest allocations as per fund documentation.

- Act as a key point of contact for high-value client relationships, ensuring service excellence and proactive issue resolution.

- Collaborate with internal teams to implement best practices, improve workflows, and drive automation where applicable.

- Lead and mentor a team of managers and senior accountants, ensuring high performance, accountability, and development.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Deep domain knowledge in Private Equity Fund Accounting

- Expertise in NAV calculations, capital call/distribution mechanics, waterfall models, and partner allocations

- Proficiency in Geneva or Investran fund accounting platforms

- Strong technical understanding of management fee and carried interest structures

- Excellent leadership and client relationship management skills

- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders across geographies with excellent communication

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
