Core Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the growth of the knowledge and advisory practice by conceptualizing and leading the execution of client consulting projects in HR Advisory- Learning & Development, process consulting, talent assessment, and management.
- The role also includes customer acquisition in collaboration with the business development team and representing the employer's thought leadership in all aspects of work, worker, and workplace.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute client consulting projects across HR Capability Building, Talent Assessments, HR Process Consulting, and Learning & Development.
- Develop and implement learning content, tools, frameworks, and facilitation methods.
- Ensure multi-project management with high quality and timely execution.
- Engage in need analysis and solution design for prospective clients in collaboration with the business development team.

- Oversee and create proposals, pitch documents, and cost sheets.
- Represent the company in webinars, round tables, conferences, and industry forums to establish thought leadership.
- Stay updated on global and local HR trends to articulate well-informed insights.
- Manage budgets and financial planning for client projects.
- Supervise external subject matter experts and facilitators while ensuring smooth project execution.
- Support the sales team in reducing outstanding client dues.
- Lead and mentor internal teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
