Senior Vice President/Vice President - Investments

We are seeking a highly experienced SVP/Vice President - Investments to lead and execute investment strategies across real estate, hospitality, and data center, and infrastructure sectors in India and Asia.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private equity, investment management, deal structuring, and portfolio optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead deal origination, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities.

- Develop and implement investment strategies aligned with firm objectives.

- Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.

- Negotiate and structure deals, ensuring optimal returns.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, developers, and industry stakeholders.

- Monitor portfolio performance and drive value creation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

- 12-20+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or asset management, with a strong focus on real estate, hospitality, or infrastructure.

- Proven track record of executing high-value transactions across India and Asian markets.

- Strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.

- Deep understanding of investment structuring, capital markets, and risk management.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
