Our client is seeking a strategic business leader with deep experience in B2C internet and e-commerce to own P&L and product-led growth for a high-scale digital business. The ideal candidate has successfully scaled products across 0- 1, 1- 10, and 10- 100 phases, combining strong operational leadership with the ability to drive cross-functional execution across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end P&L and revenue growth, driving monetization, engagement, and profitability for consumer digital products.

- Define and execute scalable growth strategies, including user acquisition, lifecycle management, retention, and pricing optimization.

- Work closely with CXOs across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Business to drive alignment and high-velocity execution.

- Lead product scaling initiatives across multiple phases of growth (0- 1, 1- 10, 10- 100), leveraging insights from data and market intelligence.

- Drive strategic forecasting, financial modeling, and resource allocation to achieve sustainable, high-growth outcomes.

- Identify new revenue opportunities and partnerships to expand market footprint and strengthen business performance.

Ideal Profile:

- 14-18 years of experience in B2C internet, consumer tech, or e-commerce, with proven P&L and growth leadership.

- Experience scaling digital products and platforms from inception to mass adoption.

- Strong background in strategy, consulting, or business leadership, preferably with MBB (BCG, Bain, McKinsey) or top-tier consulting exposure.

- Demonstrated success in cross-functional leadership, collaborating with product, marketing, and tech teams in high-growth environments.

- Strong analytical, strategic, and commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue and profitability.

The role can be based out of Bangalore or Gurgaon
