We're looking for an experienced leader to spearhead our client's ECM practice with a concentrated focus on the Technology sector. This is an influential position that blends strategic origination, sectoral expertise, and transaction excellence. The selected leader will directly shape our coverage of IT Services, SaaS, Telecom, and associated domains, steering high-profile capital markets activities such as IPOs, QIPs, and Rights Issues.

The Role

- Champion company's presence in the Technology sector, building coverage across IT, SaaS, Telecom, and adjacent fields.

- Lead the origination and execution of complex ECM deals-including IPOs and other major equity offerings-ensuring seamless delivery from pitch to closing.

- Develop enduring relationships with corporates, financial sponsors, sovereign entities, and government stakeholders to cultivate business opportunities.

- Oversee the full cycle of transaction delivery with a focus on corporate strategy, structuring, fund-raising, and negotiations.

- Collaborate closely with other practice heads to expand mandates in private equity, M&A, and structured finance, integrating efforts across sectors.

- Position company as a trusted, long-term strategic partner for clients by designing forward-thinking, value-driven solutions.

- Safeguard regulatory compliance and uphold the highest internal governance standards during all deal processes.

Qualifications and Experience :-

- Post-graduate qualification in Finance (MBA/CA) from a renowned institution.

- At least 12 years' front-line investment banking experience, with deep expertise in ECM and the technology domain.

- Demonstrated track record running lead roles in major ECM transactions-especially IPOs and follow-ons-in Indian capital markets.

- Exceptional industry connections, with a history of nurturing senior corporate and investor partnerships.

- An incisive analytical mind, outstanding leadership, and top-tier communication skills.
