XXXX is currently seeking a bright, motivated, and entrepreneurial candidate to join the Human Resources team as Senior Vice President - Human Resources, in this role he/she will report to Managing Director and work from our Corporate Office at Hyderabad. Key responsibilities include: The Senior Vice President - Human Resources will lead and drive the human resources strategy for the organisation. He or she will partner with senior leadership to develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that supports the company's growth objectives, promotes a strong organizational culture, and ensures a high-performance workforce. This role will focus on talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, and HR compliance, all while fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace that aligns with the company's mission. - Develop and execute the overall HR strategy in alignment with the company's strategic objectives and growth plans. - Provide leadership to the HR team, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with business goals, and driving a high-performance culture across all levels of the organization. - Advise the executive leadership team on organizational design, succession planning, talent management, and employee relations matters. POSITION - SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT - HUMAN RESOURCES - Oversee the recruitment and hiring process to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent in the solar manufacturing. - Drive workforce planning and ensure the company has the right talent at every level to meet current and future business needs. - Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional development, establishing career progression frameworks and leadership training programs. - Build and sustain a positive organizational culture that reflects the company's values, promotes employee well-being, and encourages collaboration and innovation. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives that improve satisfaction, reduce turnover, and enhance productivity. - Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards. Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing monitoring of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOP) to ensure their effectiveness as a key employee retention and motivation strategy. - Oversee the development and implementation of performance management systems that foster a results-driven culture. - Lead efforts to establish clear performance metrics, provide regular feedback, and align employee goals with business objectives. - Guide leadership in addressing employee performance issues and in fostering a culture of accountability. - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the company. - Create and implement strategies that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace, ensuring equitable opportunities for all employees. - Monitor DEI metrics and promote a work environment where all employees feel valued, respected, and supported. - Ensure compliance with state and central labor laws and regulations, as well as industry-specific standards. - Establish and oversee policies and procedures to mitigate legal and organizational risks related to employment. - Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent treatment across the company. - Lead HR-driven organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions during company growth, restructuring, or new process implementations. - Serve as a strategic partner in driving cultural transformation to support evolving business goals. - Oversee talent assessment programs and provide guidance on leadership development initiatives. Desired Qualifications - Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field. - 15 - 20 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive role, ideally in the manufacturing or renewable energy sector handling multiple units and geographies. - Proven track record in talent acquisition, organizational development, change management, and employee relations within a growing, high-performance environment.
