Human Resources Strategy and Leadership
- Create and implement an all-around HR strategy intended to attract and retain top talent in line with strategic goals of the organization.
- Lead the strategy and execution of Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, HR Operations, Learning and Development teams.
- Create key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of the HR team.
- Build a strong collaboration among all HR departments to ensure seamless operations.
HR Business Partnership
- Lead the HRBP function and ensure strong HRBP relationships with all the business functions.
- Drive a performance-driven culture by influencing leadership decisions and guiding managers on effective performance management and people management best practices.
Talent Acquisition
- Lead annual headcount planning and budgeting with relevant stakeholders.
- Design and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to closure.
HR Operations
- Lead the HR Operations function and ensure compliance with internal policies.
- Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding processes, HRIS management, and formulation and implementation of HR policies.
Learning and Development
- Oversee the L&D function, provide guidance on strategy and execution of learning and development initiatives.
- Own the L&D budget and allocate and manage the same as per the needs of the business
- Develop a culture of continuous learning and development in the organization.
Compensation and Benefits Strategy
- Oversee the development and execution of compensation and benefits programs that attracts and retain good talent and ensures consistency with the organization's budget and market.
- Oversee the annual compensation review cycles, including salary evaluations, promotions, and bonus programs.
Change Management and Employee Experience
- Work closely with the leadership to ensure effective change management within the organization during transformations, modifications in processes, or restructuring of departments.
- Lead employee experience initiatives and foster a positive work culture that supports high performance, engagement, and retention.
- Create and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and overall well-being.
Ideal Candidate
- You are passionate about human resources and have built HR teams from the ground up and led them to a large scale.
- You have 10+ years of work experience in leading HR teams, including TA, HRBP, HR Ops, and L&D.
- You are proactive, have a strong bias for action, and have the ability to move quickly.
- You have strong communication, mentorship, and leadership skills.
