- We need a non-Technical recruiter (engineering recruiter) with experience in handling W2 requirements (supply chain, consumer electronics, retail clients/background, and engineering/OEM) such as Business strategy planning manager, Operations Manager (level 2 to 5), Business Systems Analyst (Non-IT/Marketing), Media planner, Supply chain Analyst, Logistics Specialist, Financial Analyst, Business Development Manager, etc.
- Prior experience working with client L.G. Unilever, E-commerce, and Electronics manufacturers (like Samsung, Panasonic, Sony, etc.) is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Performs duties including attracting, screening, and recruiting candidates.
- Assists managers and supervisors in selecting the most qualified candidates.
- Engage and build pipelines of viable talent.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies with the team.
- Source hard-to-find, niche, and diverse candidates utilizing creativity with LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, events, etc.
