Key Responsibilities
Sales & Pre-Sales Leadership: Drive customer conversion success by leading pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, solution demonstrations, and value proposition walkthroughs for enterprise accounts.
Pipeline Management: Work closely with account managers to shape customer strategy, accelerate pipeline velocity, and nurture opportunities from qualification to closure.
Market & Product Alignment: Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure technical messaging and product positioning are aligned with ongoing campaigns. Partner with data research teams to customize outreach based on industry-specific use cases.
Client Engagement: Effectively translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-centric narratives.
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and technical sales toolkits to both technical and business audiences.
Strategic Enablement: Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of sales tools, including pitch decks and value proposition briefs, to enable the broader sales organization.
Global Acumen: Engage with clients and partners in key markets like the USA and UAE, demonstrating an understanding of regional compliance, procurement processes, and digital transformation trends.
Required Skills & Expertise:
Sales & Pre-Sales:
- Demonstrated success in customer conversion within enterprise accounts.
- Skilled in inside sales enablement, lead qualification, and opportunity nurturing.
- Experience conducting pre-sales discovery calls, demos, and solution walkthroughs with CXO-level stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Proven ability to work effectively with account managers, digital marketing, and data research teams to achieve shared goals.
Communication & Enablement:
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills tailored for diverse audiences.
- Experience in creating impactful sales toolkits, pitch decks, and value proposition briefs.
Technical Expertise:
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integration strategies, and solution positioning.
- Proven experience with Microsoft Fabric, including OneLake and Power BI integration.
- Strong command of the Microsoft product stack, including Azure, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Purview, and Copilot.
- Familiarity with data governance, AI/ML use cases, and cloud-native open Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake analytics.
Global Experience:
- Proven engagement with clients or partners in the USA and UAE markets.
- Understanding of regional compliance and digital transformation trends.
- A mindset focused on continuous sales achievement and customer success.
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in a technical sales, solution consulting, or pre-sales role
