About the Role:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our Business Review Council (BRC) team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in executive support, business analysis, or strategy, similar to an EA to CEO/MD function. The selected candidate will work closely with senior leadership to assess business unit performance, analyze financial and operational data, and prepare crisp reports for high-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct semi-annual business reviews, assessing whether growth, revenue, and profitability targets were met.

- Create one-page business summaries for each unit, highlighting key financials, strategic priorities, and gaps.

- Analyze financial reports, projections, and market trends to support leadership discussions.

- Work cross-functionally to gather insights on business challenges and opportunities.

- Develop presentations and reports for senior management, ensuring clarity and actionable insights.

Ideal Candidate:

- 6-12 years of experience in corporate strategy, business analysis, consulting, or an EA/Chief of Staff role.

- Strong financial acumen with expertise in reviewing business performance.

- Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex data into crisp summaries.

- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and business intelligence tools.

- Prior experience working with C-suite executives is a must.
