JD OF SR.TAX ASSOCIATE:

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts, ensuring compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

- Conduct tax research and analysis to provide informed tax planning and advisory services to clients.

- Identify and implement tax-saving strategies and opportunities for clients.

- Review and analyze financial statements and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for tax reporting.

- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their tax-related needs and address any issues or concerns.

- Provide exceptional client service by delivering timely and accurate tax reports and ensuring client satisfaction.

- Work collaboratively with tax team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the overall success of the tax engagements.

- Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members as needed.

- Ensure that all tax work papers and documentation meet the firm's quality standards and regulatory requirements.

- Stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and industry trends.

- Represent clients before tax authorities and handle inquiries and audits.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- Professional certification such as CA or Law

- 3 - 5 years of experience in tax compliance, planning, and advisory services.

- Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.

- Proficiency in using tax software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
