Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans aligned with the organization's business goals and workforce planning.

- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across diverse channels, including social media, networking events, and direct sourcing.

- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

- Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract and engage top talent, ensuring a compelling and consistent brand message.


- Develop and implement a seamless and positive candidate experience, ensuring a strong employer brand perception.

- Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement, using data to drive strategic decisions.

- Develop and implement recruitment process improvements, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.

- Lead and mentor junior recruiters, providing guidance and support.

- Develop and manage recruitment budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.

- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.

- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in talent acquisition.

- Develop and implement talent pipeline strategies for critical roles.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies.

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employer branding.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
