Job Description:


Experience: 6+ Years (with small team lead responsibility wherever applicable)

Skills: Business Analysis, Business Requirement Gathering, Functional Documentation, Data Analysis, Communication, Documentation, Microsoft Office, Technologies

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Experience in hiring candidates specializing in Oracle/ServiceNow/Salesforce/SAP skills.

- Manage stakeholder relationships, drive the recruitment processes, which includes talent branding, sourcing strategies, selection process, candidate experience, data management and all the related responsibilities

- You will be responsible for leadership hiring.

- Guide the team on sourcing, recruitment processes, and methods to ensure high quality sourcings

- Complete end to end recruitment cycle

- Work on final negotiations for the position closures for leadership positions

- For Senior TAs- Lead a team of recruiters and drive position closures.

- Manage target setting, track team achievements and measurable result and KPI parameters through data based MIS reporting

- Manage multiple vendors for contract staffing/ external staffing agencies and vendor relationships

- Deploy sourcing strategies and talent pipelining for niche hiring across all levels to source diverse talent through career site, social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and employee referral program

- Help shape and influence employee communication to ensure engagement and clarity

Requirements:

- Bachelor's / Master's degree with an excellent academic record

- Must have experience in leadership hiring

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Experience in IT Recruitment is mandatory

- End to end recruitment without supervision

- Responsible for leading a team of recruiters/sourcers and provide direction on recruitment strategies and methodologies with strong negotiating skills

- Sourcing profiles from different job Portals, through Job Posting, Referencing and Headhunting

- Extensive experience of conducting interviews for Freshers to C-Level Vacancies

- Commanding person who can control flow of work, candidates, staff and stakeholders

- Demonstrate ability to drive human resource strategies and programs in complex environments at the most senior levels of an organization

- Experience of developing and implementing a talent management strategy to raise the bar and upgrade capability

- Ability to set a vision and proven experience of execution

- Strong influencing skills and ability to work across multiple levels

- Ability to mentor and develop others and to scale teams
