At Our Client, we are seeking a Social Media Strategist - Senior II to lead cross-platform social media initiatives, manage a creative team, and design impactful digital campaigns that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Requirements:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in social media management and strategy
- Proven ability to drive long-term social media strategies across multiple platforms
- Experience in managing and mentoring junior and mid-level team members
- Expertise in planning and executing campaign calendars, brand launches, and digital activations
- Strong analytical skills in evaluating content performance, audience behavior, and competitive landscape
- Ability to coordinate with content, design, and performance marketing teams for integrated campaigns
- Experience in identifying and managing influencer partnerships and user-generated content opportunities
- Skilled in leading brand response management, crisis communication, and tone-of-voice training
- Proficient in presenting performance reports and strategic insights to internal teams and clients
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Strong grasp of social media trends, formats, and cross-platform content adaptations
- Experience in brand storytelling and blending organic and paid media strategies
- Thought leadership and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt tone and messaging to suit different brand voices and target audiences
- Strong skills in team mentoring, leadership, and conflict resolution
