Senior Specialist - Talent Acquisition


Role Overview


We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR professional with 4-6 years of experience to lead our talent acquisition efforts.

This role will be instrumental in driving end-to-end recruitment processes, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a seamless and impactful hiring experience.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for both tech and non-tech roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.

- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs.

- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.

- Craft engaging job descriptions and ensure consistent employer branding across all platforms.

- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

- Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-join ratio.

- Build and maintain a strong database of potential candidates for critical and recurring roles.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.

- Work closely with onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to joining.

Qualifications:

- 4 to 6 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, preferably in a start-up or high-growth tech environment.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Solid understanding of technical roles, stacks, and current hiring trends in the IT industry.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub).

- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
