
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with proven experience in HR consultancy firms.
- The role involves end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, and closing multiple client requirements across industries.
- The ideal candidate should be results-driven, communicative, and have a passion for connecting top talent with the right opportunities.
What You'll Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse client requirements across multiple industries.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn job search, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on client-specific requirements.
- Handle bulk hiring mandates efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Ensure 7-10 successful closures on a monthly basis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for recurring positions and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, salary negotiations, and offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sourcing strategies and reduce time-to-hire.
Must-Have Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR consultancy firms serving multiple clients across industries.
- Strong knowledge of job portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.), LinkedIn, and social media sourcing.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proven expertise in candidate screening and evaluation.
- Demonstrated success in closing 7-10 positions monthly.
- Hands-on experience in bulk hiring across different sectors.
Good-to-Have:
- Freshers with outstanding communication skills and a strong zeal for recruitment will also be considered.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced consultancy environment.
