Senior Specialist - Real Estate Contract - Bank

Given below position details with a Leading Bank :

Position : Sr.Specialist - Real Estate

Location - Pune

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for identifying property for Bank branch and offices, right utilization of space management

- To structure the deal in best interest of the Bank.

- To ensure the commercial terms are in-line with the given micro market.

- To coordinate with internal and external stakeholder for consent, approval, etc.

- Ensure documentation are completed as per the direction of Bank's legal team.

- To adhere to SOP and be compliant.

- Review, analyze, and present real estate financial analysis according to project objectives and evaluating feasibility studies

- Perform visits of property, recommend alterations, maintenance and reconditioning of property as necessary

- Oversee real estate documentation files, ensuring accuracy and completeness

- Manage deep relationships with landlords, manage contracts and arrange best offers.

- Assist and support administrative and field staff to maximize performance

- Coordinate with real estate attorneys in handling legal issues

- Ensure all real estate services related compliances

- Collaborate with the business/ support units and provide them with requisite materials and services that help them in their day to day operations

- Create an environment that promotes collaborative learning and collective ownership of responsibilities

Secondary Responsibilities :

1). Attending all the queries of landlords related to payments / TDS / GST / Maintenance

2). Stress Asset management

3). Coordination with design team on layouts designing for better space utilization as per site conditions & business requirement

Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities : Ensure adherence to benchmarks/processes set up for finalizing commercials and other key parameters

Key Success Metrics:

'Timely roll-outs , Nil escalations from Business & external stakeholders, Nil IA observations & Cost control measures
