Senior Marketing Operations Specialist

About the Role:

Are you a systems-level marketing engineer who thrives on optimizing MarTech infrastructure? Crop.Photo, a client of Uplers, is seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to own and manage our entire marketing technology stack. This is a hands-on, highly technical role focused on CRM workflows, automation, lead enrichment, integrations, and robust analytics and reporting.

You'll be the central figure for all things HubSpot, collaborating closely with our Growth Marketer, sales team, and external tools to ensure our outreach, automation, and attribution systems operate flawlessly. What You'll Do:

As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for:

HubSpot CRM & Automation:

- Building and Optimizing Workflows: Design, build, and continuously optimize workflows for both inbound and outbound lead nurturing.

- Scoring, Tagging, and Segmentation: Develop and implement sophisticated scoring, tagging, and segmentation rules to accurately track Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

- Campaign Tracking & Customization: Set up comprehensive campaign tracking, custom properties, UTM tagging, and lifecycle stages within HubSpot to provide deep insights into marketing performance.

- Integration Management: Seamlessly sync forms, Intercom chatbots, advertising tools, and other essential integrations into HubSpot to centralize data and streamline processes.

Lead Enrichment & List Management:

- Automated Lead Workflows: Automate lead list workflows utilizing tools such as Clay, Hunter.io, and Seamless.ai to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.

- Data Verification & Enrichment: Execute email verification and enrichment tasks using platforms like Clearbit and Neverbounce to ensure high-quality contact data.

- CRM Hygiene: Proactively maintain CRM hygiene and ensure exceptional contact-level data quality across all systems.

Marketing Analytics & Reporting:

- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain insightful dashboards in Google Looker Studio and HubSpot to visualize key marketing metrics.

- Performance Tracking: Track and report on campaign performance, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and attribution insights to inform strategic decisions.

- Sales Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to identify and surface high-intent leads generated from marketing campaigns.

Integrations & Workflow Automation:

- Cross-Platform Coordination: Coordinate complex workflows across HubSpot, Webflow, Clay, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Intercom.

- API Integrations: Collaborate with the development team on any API-based integrations and provide expert troubleshooting for automation issues.

What You'll Need:

Experience & Education:

- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations (RevOps), or Marketing Automation roles.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related STEM field.

Tool Mastery:

HubSpot: Expert-level proficiency with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including workflows, scoring, analytics, and reporting. HubSpot certification is preferred.

Lead Enrichment Tools: Demonstrated mastery of lead enrichment platforms such as Clay, Seamless.ai, Hunter.io, Clearbit, and Apollo.

Analytics & Tagging: Strong command of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.

CMS & Chatbot: Experience with Webflow CMS platforms for form and web integration, and Intercom workflows.

Bonus Points:

Prior experience in supporting growth marketers by building and optimizing campaign infrastructure.

Ability to write basic HTML or debug GTM tag issues using browser developer tools.
