Responsibilities: - Conduct keyword research, on-page audit, off-page, building links and develop link building strategies - Analyse website performance and implement optimization strategies to drive organic traffic - Stay abreast of latest industry trends, search engine algorithms, and changes to ensure compliance - Advance the SEO strategy with a focus on achieving business goals - Develop content strategies that align with SEO objectives that increase traffic, conversion and user engagement - Analyse and report on SEO results, providing recommendations based on data - Develop and lead a team of junior SEO experts, ensuring their skills and knowledge are up-to-date. - Plan and manage multiple digital businesses while achieving desired results Requirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or any relevant field - 7-20 + years of solid experience in SEO with demonstrated results - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills - Proven track record of managing multiple digital businesses and achieving desired results - Experience in team management and leadership - Up-to-date knowledge of search engine algorithms, trends and best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated success in optimizing website rankings and driving organic traffic.
