Experience: Minimum 6 years in sales within Goa (luxury villa preferred).

Market Industry: Real Estate - Luxury Villas.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager - Luxury Villas to join our team in Goa.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in luxury real estate sales, a strong understanding of the local market, and a proven track record of closing high-value deals.

This role requires a highly motivated professional who can build long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and industry stakeholders.

- Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell luxury villas to potential buyers, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience.

- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Utilize strong negotiation skills to close high-value transactions effectively.

- Market Expertise: Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and buyer preferences to provide strategic insights.

- Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by offering seamless after-sales support and maintaining long-term relationships.

- Networking & Brand Representation: Represent the company at high-profile real estate events, networking gatherings, and industry conferences.

- Collaboration & Teamwork: Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and business growth.

Requirements:

- Minimum 6 years of experience in real estate sales in Goa.

- Strong knowledge of the Goa real estate market and a deep understanding of local buyer preferences.

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong negotiation skills with a client-focused approach.

- Proven ability to close high-value deals and generate substantial revenue.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- A proactive and driven personality with the ability to work under pressure.

- Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus.
