We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our sales operations in the Bhandup region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy, team leadership, and achieving revenue growth in a dynamic business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to ensure high performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing strategies, and compliance norms.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in Pharma/FMCG/Manufacturing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
